Yesterday, April 22, at the Scientific Library of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov hosted the evening "Book - a source of knowledge", dedicated to the World Book and Copyright Day. The evening was organized by the library team led by the director of the scientific library, candidate of philosophical sciences Orazaliev Bakhytzhan.
Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development, academician Dikhan Kamzabekovich and famous writer-scientist Tursyn Zhurtbai, who were guests of the evening, presented awards to the faculty and students of our university in several categories. Among such awards in the nomination "The most read book" for the textbook "Higher Mathematics", Professor Bayarystanov Askar Oinarovich was awarded a "Letter of Thanks".
