REPORT ON SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR "FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS AND ITS APPLICATIONS" (24.10.2019)

December 26, 2019 at the next meeting of the scientific seminar a  doctoral student of majoring 6D060100-Mathematics, K.K. Sadykova successfully delivered a report on the topic “O'Neil-type inequalities for convolutions in anisotropic Lorentz spaces”, reporting one of the results on the topic under study.

The report was devoted to the boundedness of the norm of the convolution operator in anisotropic Lorentz spaces. The properties of integral averaging of a decreasing rearrangement for functions of many variables and convolution of two functions were shown by her. In particular, a generalization of O’Neill type inequality for convolution in anisotropic Lorentz spaces was proposed. In addition, the author of the report cited the theorems and results used to prove the generalization of O’Neil inequality.
